Document Editing Pricing

Associate Editing and Proofreading Services

These services are focused on correcting spelling, grammar, punctuation, and general grammatical errors; verifying consistent tone, style, and voice; ensuring parallel structure for verb tenses; and using appropriate paragraphing.


Associate Express Service Pricing
(Editing and proofreading within 24 hours):

 

  • $4.50 per Page - 15 page max

 

 **Maximum length of manuscripts for a 24-hour turn-around is 15 pages**

 

Associate Standard Service Pricing
(Editing and proofreading within a week):

 

  • $4.00 per Page for specific formatted text

Executive Editing and Proofreading Service

This editing service provides clarifications, deletions, or suggestions to improve comprehension.  Our experts will also provide suggestions for improving sentence fluency and elimination of ambiguity; re-organize text to improve the logical progression of ideas or discussion; and review bibliographies and in-text citations for accuracy.


Executive Express Service Pricing
(Editing and proofreading within 24 hours):

 

  • $5.50 per Page for specific formatted text


**Maximum length of manuscripts for a 24-hour turn-around is 10 pages**


Executive Standard Service Pricing
(Editing and proofreading within a week / based upon 400 pages):

 

  • $5.00 per Page for specific formatted text

Custom Services Quotes

The Professor’s Pen® will provide custom quotes for any project that does not fit our normal pricing schedule.  Send us a sample of your document, the total word count, the level of editing and proofreading needed, and the turn-around time you need and we will contact you with a custom quote within 24 hours.

FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE PLEASE EMAIL US and include the following:

 

  • Submitter's Name
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Style of Editing – MLA, APA, Business Copy, Chicago, to mention a few
  • Any important notes or comments for the editor
