Refund Policy
The Professor’s Pen® diligently edits a product according to Client’s preferences. If Client is dissatisfied with the final edited document, The Professor’s Pen® will resolve the dispute. If you are dissatisfied, contact The Professor’s Pen® within seven days of delivery of the edited document with your reasons for dissatisfaction.
The Professor’s Pen® will assess Client's comments and do one of the following to strive for a win-win outcome:
- Edit the work once more at no additional cost to Client.
- Decide that the editing work was performed diligently and correctly.
- Determine that a refund is appropriate. If so determined, a partial or the original amount will be made to Client.
Privacy Policy
The Professor’s Pen® holds your document in strictest confidence. In other words, The Professor’s Pen® never gives, sells, or transfers your name or personal information to any outside source. Clients retain full ownership of their work.

Any person using this internet website (Site) is subject to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully and thoughtfully. Your use of this Site indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, then please do not use this Site.
Responses to Online Requests and Delivery of Edited Documents
The Professor’s Pen® strives to respond to online requests in a prompt manner. The Professor’s Pen® is not responsible for any losses, however, if Client’s chosen method of receipt for edited documents (email, fax, and so on) is not functioning properly. It is incumbent on Client to inform The Professor’s Pen® of alternative methods of receipt.
Guarantee and Limitation of Liability
The Professor’s Pen® guarantees its editing services. The Professor’s Pen® does not advise regarding the substance of a document, including checking the accuracy of sources and quotations. The Professor’s Pen® only proofreads and edits documents unless other services are requested, detailed, and agreed upon by The Professor’s Pen® and Client in said contract.
The Professor’s Pen® will not be held liable for damages (whether consequential, incidental, or otherwise), resulting from losses Client incurs to documents edited by The Professor’s Pen, including but not limited to lost revenues, income, or profits and loss of business. Client’s damages for a claim against The Professor’s Pen® shall be limited to the amount paid to The Professor’s Pen® for its services.
The Professor’s Pen® will perform its best efforts in delivering Client’s documents in the manner Client requested. It is incumbent on Client to inform The Professor’s Pen® of alternative methods of document receipt when the agreed method of delivery is functioning improperly and a delay occurs in delivering Client’s edited documents.
Any legal proceeding concerning this Agreement, the services rendered under it, or the fees due under this Agreement (whether in Court or Arbitration) shall be brought in the County of Maricopa.
